The Effects of Affective and Emotional Consideration in Learning Outcomes

Abstract
This systematic literature review explores the influence of affective and emotional factors on learning outcomes in various educational contexts. Drawing from 20 peer-reviewed articles published between 2014 and 2024, the review highlights the significance of emotional engagement, motivation, emotional intelligence, anxiety regulation, and self-efficacy in enhancing academic performance. The synthesis indicates that positive emotional experiences and affective support can significantly boost students' learning achievement by facilitating better cognitive processing, classroom engagement, and self-regulation. Implications for integrating emotional strategies in pedagogy are discussed to foster more inclusive and effective learning environments.
