Inovasi Program Wirausaha Creative Craft Berbasis Psikologi Positif pada Mahasiswa Psikologi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang

Program wirausaha Creative Craft – Lunaris Éclat merupakan kegiatan berbasis kerajinan kreatif yang dikembangkan mahasiswa Psikologi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Tujuannya memadukan kreativitas, praktik bisnis mikro, dan penerapan psikologi positif dalam konteks wirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif studi kasus untuk menggambarkan produksi, pemasaran, dinamika kelompok, serta pengalaman psikologis mahasiswa. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan laporan keuangan selama periode penjualan. Hasil menunjukkan produk berupa gelang, cincin manik-manik, gantungan kunci, dan buket PO. Produk terjangkau laris di tenant kampus, sedangkan buket custom memberi margin terbesar. Mahasiswa memperoleh pembelajaran praktis terkait manajemen waktu, harga, tugas, dan hambatan produksi. Observasi menampilkan kondisi flow, peningkatan resilience, self-efficacy, serta penguatan karakter sesuai psikologi positif. Diskusi menegaskan peningkatan kreativitas, komunikasi, keterampilan bisnis, dan kerja sama tim. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberi pengalaman wirausaha nyata, meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas, serta berpotensi berkelanjutan melalui pemasaran digital dan kolaborasi kampus.
