This study explores the phenomenon of five adjacent houses of worship in Jakabaring Sport City (mosque, church, pura, vihara, and klenteng) and their implications for interreligious tolerance. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research investigates the experiences and meanings perceived by worship leaders. Purposively selected informants were interviewed using semi-structured interviews, supported by participatory observation and documentation. Thematic analysis revealed three main themes: (1) strong local perceptions of tolerance; (2) cooperative and symbolic interfaith interactions; and (3) the collective meaning of adjacent houses of worship as spaces for pluralism education and religious tourism. Overall, the proximity of houses of worship in Jakabaring does not generate conflict but rather strengthens tolerance through mutual respect, organized activities, and active role of leaders in maintaining public order. Implications touch on public space management and policy for houses of worship in tourist areas.
