Psikologi Islam dalam Kebijakan Pendidikan Indonesia di Era Digital: Tantangan dan Harapan Akademik

Perubahan kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia pada era digital menuntut pendekatan yang tidak hanya menekankan aspek kognitif, tetapi juga kesejahteraan psikologis dan spiritual. Psikologi Islam menawarkan kerangka holistik yang relevan, namun integrasinya dalam kebijakan pendidikan nasional masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan akademik dan struktural. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tantangan dan harapan penerapan Psikologi Islam dalam kebijakan pendidikan Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dan analisis kebijakan. Data diperoleh dari dokumen regulasi pendidikan, literatur akademik, serta pengalaman praktis alumni Psikologi Islam, dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya marjinalisasi lulusan Psikologi Islam, keterbatasan pengakuan profesional, serta kendala akreditasi dan harmonisasi kebijakan ketenagakerjaan. Namun demikian, Psikologi Islam memiliki potensi besar melalui integrasi nilai spiritual dan psikologi kontemporer dalam kurikulum. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan harmonisasi kebijakan pendidikan dan dunia kerja, penguatan pengakuan profesi, serta pengembangan riset Psikologi Islam secara berkelanjutan.
