Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengalaman spiritual dan bentuk-bentuk koping religius yang dialami oleh para santri putri peserta tradisi Maulid Simthud Duror di Pondok Pesantren Putri Az Zahra. Tradisi Maulid tidak hanya dipandang sebagai kegiatan ritual, tetapi juga sebagai momen yang memberikan ketenangan, menyentuh emosi, dan memperdalam spiritualitas para santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis deskriptif yang melibatkan dua santri putri dan satu guru putri yang secara rutin mengikuti pembacaan Maulid. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Maulid Simthud Duror memberikan rasa tenang, menumbuhkan kedekatan spiritual dengan Allah SWT dan Nabi Muhammad SAW, serta memperkuat sikap dan nilai-nilai moral para santri. Kegiatan ini juga berfungsi sebagai bentuk koping religius, membantu mereka mengatasi kerinduan akan keluarga, tekanan belajar, kelelahan aktivitas sehari-hari, dan berbagai dinamika kehidupan pesantren. Tradisi Maulid berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk menenangkan diri, mencari makna, dan memperkuat spiritualitas. Dengan demikian, Maulid Simthud Duror memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam membangun ketahanan psikologis dan memperkaya kehidupan beragama para santri di lingkungan pondok pesantren.
