Analisis Bibliometrik Peran Dukungan Sosial terhadap Resiliensi pada Pasien Hemodialisis

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan publikasi terkait peran dukungan sosial terhadap resiliensi pada pasien hemodialisis melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Analisis menggunakan VOSviewer menunjukkan empat klaster utama: (1) dukungan sosial, resiliensi, hemodialisis, (2) depresi pada pasien HD, (3) resiliensi psikologis dan dukungan keluarga, serta (4) stres dan positive coping. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan resiliensi, menurunkan stres, dan memfasilitasi coping adaptif. Temuan ini konsisten dengan berbagai penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan keluarga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap ketahanan psikologis pasien hemodialisis. Analisis bibliometrik ini memberikan gambaran peta riset dan menegaskan pentingnya intervensi berbasis dukungan sosial dalam manajemen pasien hemodialisis.
